Your responsibilities

• Independently verify any contractor's licensing, insurance, references, and reputation before hiring them or signing any contract
• Review and understand any contract you sign directly with a contractor, that agreement is between you and the contractor
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized requests

Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

When you submit a request and provide consent, you expressly authorize us and the contractor we match you with to contact you at the phone number you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by text message, about your storm damage. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. This consent is also described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Repair Pro and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of or related to your use of the site, any content, or any interaction with or work performed by a contractor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storm Repair Pro from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings or contracts with any contractor.
